Breezy will host afternoons from 4-7pm starting Monday, July 24. With the addition of Breezy to the lineup, OM/PD Barbara Bridges cuts her airshift down to 10am-1pm, while current 2-7pm host Butter slides up to 1-4pm.
Breezy joined WNFN in 2016 as APD/afternoon host before rising to PD and then moving to mornings when it relaunched as “Hot 106.7” in May 2020 (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/186747/nashville-gets-hot-as-wnfn-relaunches-as-hot-106-7/). He began his career in promotions at KYLD San Francisco before later returning to host nights there. He has also worked on air at KDON Monterey, KHTN Modesto, KKFR and KZON Phoenix, KHTS-FM San Diego, KDND Sacramento, WWVA Atlanta, and WODS Boston also using the on-air aliases of ?David J? and ?Gringo Suave?. He also serves as pop-culture correspondent from WKRN-TV Nashville and hosts the Sunday edition of the syndicated “Open House Party” where he also serves as Manager of Industry Relations and Music Director.
