SkyWave is currently operating the station via LMA from from Covenant Communications ahead of its $325,000 purchase (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/253244/station-sales-week-of-6-16/). It is running Premiere Networks’ Fox Sports Radio network.
Formerly WLEJ-FM, the station had been home to Classic Country “Bigfoot Legends (https://bigfootcountrylegends.com)” until Seven Mountains Media’s January shuffle after the closing of its purchase (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/netgnomes/246615/domain-insight-12-28-massive-shakeup-coming-to-state-college/) of Forever Media’s stations in the market. The station had been running a redirect loop for much of the past seven months. That market restructuring also left State College without a Sports station as “ESPN 1450” WQWK/103.7 W279DK became WLEJ as half of a Classic Country simulcast.
