Bland most recently served as APD of Alpha Media Hip Hop ?B96? WGZB-FM and Adult R&B ?Magic 101.3? WMJM-FM in the Louisville market. The Louisville native began her radio career as the receptionist at WGZB-FM in 1993 and eventually rose to Program Director of the two stations.
