Hernandez continues to serve as Operations Manager for Audacy Phoenix and Brand Manager of “Live 101.5 (https://www.audacy.com/live1015phoenix)” KALV-FM. Hernandez, formerly known on-air as “Decipha”, has spent his entire career at the company’s Phoenix cluster. He began his career at the former Rhythmic CHR ?101.5 Jamz? Hernandez takes the programming reins of WKXJ from fellow Regional CHR Format Brand Manager Molly Cruz. Cruz continues as Brand Manager of Gold CHR ?B96 (https://www.audacy.com/b96)? WBBM-FM Chicago.

Audacy has elevated Chris Hernandez to Regional Brand Manager of 103.7 Kiss FM (WKXJ-FM) in Chattanooga. In this role, Hernandez will play a pivotal role in shaping the station’s brand and driving continued growth. He will continue to serve as Operations Manager for Audacy Phoenix, which includes Regional Brand Manager for Live 101.5 (KALV-FM).

Hernandez started with 101.5 as 101.5 Jamz (KZON-FM) in 2007, rising from Mixshow DJ to a programming role in 2014 and eventually Program Director in 2018 when the station rebranded to Live 101.5. He was named Operations Manager for Audacy Phoenix in 2020 and Operations Director for the company?s CHR format in 2021. He added Regional Brand Manager responsibilities for Live 101.5 in 2021.
