With the closing, WLIM has begun simulcasting JVC’s Classic Hits “Big 98.1 (https://bighits981.com)” W251BY Patchogue/WPTY-HD2 ahead of launching a new format. WLIM will become JVC’s sixth brand in Suffolk County joining a cluster that also includes “My Country 96.1 (https://licountry.com)” WJVC Center Moriches, Spanish Tropical “La Fiesta 98.5 (https://lafiestali.com)” WBON Westhampton, Conservative Talk “LI News Radio (https://linewsradio.com)” 103.9 WRCN Riverhead, and Rhythmic CHR “Party 105.3 (https://party105.com)” WPTY Calverton-Roanoke.
