https://radioinsight.com/wp-content/images/2017/08/wfan-200x200.pngWith the upcoming departure (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/253183/report-craig-carton-to-leave-wfan/) of Craig Carton from afternoons to focus on his FS1 morning television show, Audacy Sports 660 WFAN/101.9 WFAN-FM New York will make changes to its midday, afternoon, and overnight shows.
Former New York Giants running back Tiki Barber will move from the 10am-2pm show he has co-hosted with Brandon Tierney since the start of 2022 (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/215733/tiki-tierney-move-from-cbs-sports-radio-afternoons-to-wfan-middays/) to afternoons alongside Evan Roberts. Barber and Tierney previously co-hosted in multiple dayparts on CBS Sports Radio from its launch in January 2013 until moving to WFAN. Barber has also served as a correspondent for NBC Sports and The Today Show and hosted a SiriusXM show with his brother Ronde.
Replacing Barber in middays alongside Tierney is current overnight host Sal Licata. Licata is on his second stint at WFAN. He originally joined the station in 2003 as an intern and later worked as a producer, update anchor, and host. After a brief run at iHeartMedia’s 710 WOR hosting an evening sports show, he returned to WFAN as a part-time host in 2018 before moving to overnights in November 2021. He has also served as a host and commentator on SNY?s SportsNite and Baseball Night in New York since 2010.
Current afternoon show producer Chris McMonigle will move to overnights from 12-5am. McMonigle currently also hosts weekends on the station. Replacing him as producer and on-air contributor to ?Evan & Tiki? will be Shaun Morash, who moves to WFAN from CBS Sports Radio where he produced ?The D.A. Show? with Damon Amendolara.

Audacy has announced a new weekday programming lineup for WFAN (WFAN-FM/AM) in New York, America?s most-listened-to sports station.
5:00 a.m. ? 6:00 a.m. ET: ?The Warmup Show with Al and Jerry?

12:00 a.m. ? 5:00 a.m. ET: Chris McMonigle *NEW
The changes are highlighted by the launch of a new afternoon show with Evan Roberts and Tiki Barber. Barber replaces Craig Carton, who will continue to host his responsible gaming show on Saturdays on WFAN. Sal Licata, who currently hosts overnights on the station, replaces Barber alongside Brandon Tierney in middays. Chris McMonigle, producer of the ?Carton & Roberts? show, will host a new show in the overnight timeslot.
?The new lineup card of WFAN continues to exemplify the station?s extraordinary depth of talent with all-star veterans and next-generation voices,? said Chris Oliviero, Market President, Audacy New York. ?This roster, with the additions of Tiki to afternoons and Sal to middays and including the market-leading ?Boomer & Gio? morning show, will continue WFAN?s now nearly 40-year dominance of the sports conversation in New York.?
Additionally, Shaun Morash, who previously produced ?The D.A. Show? with Damon Amendolara on CBS Sports Radio, will serve as a producer and on-air contributor for ?Evan & Tiki? alongside executive producer Tommy Lugauer.
The new lineup goes into effect on July 24.
