He will also host middays at KSON.
Ranieri previously worked at KSON from 2014 until Audacy’s Country format restructuring in September 2020. During his tenure he served as Programming Assistant and then rose to Music Director in 2016 and APD/MD in 2018. After starting his career as an intern at “Wired 96.5” WRDW-FM Philadelphia, Ranieri would rise to weekend/fill-in host before moving to “Q101” WJDQ Jackson MS as Music Director and midday host. He would then program CHR “Now 93.7” KTMT-FM, Classic Rock 95.7 KBOY, and AC 101.9 KCMX Medford OR prior to joining KSON.
Ranieri fills the position that had been held by Brooks O’Brian prior to her move (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/251435/brooks-obrian-to-program-wwjo/) to WWJO St. Cloud MN as Program Director last month.
