Honey Creek Broadcasting sells “True Oldies 105.3 (https://kedbradio.com)” KEDB Chariton IA to St. Gabriel Communications for $600,000. KEDB will join the buyer’s “Iowa Catholic Radio (https://iowacatholicradio.com)” network.

Vance Barbee’s Estrella Broadcasting sells the CP for 94.7 KGXL Blue Ridge/Flagstaff AZ to Sanford Cohen’s ITM LLC for $430,000. Cohen owns nine other stations in Arizona including three in nearby Prescott.
Steve Williams’ American Broadcasting of Texas sells the Construction Permit for 103.3 KVRY Junction TX to Daryl O’Neal’s Recharge Media PBC for $9,000. The deal creates a duo with Recharge’s 104.1 KMSN Mason, which is part of the O’Neal led AAA “Sun Radio (https://www.sunradio.com)” network.
