Crash Kelley is appointed Director of Content for Townsquare Media's four-station cluster in Victoria, TX, including Country KIXS-FM. He has been with the company since March, 2022 in a similar role for its five stations in San Angelo, TX, including Country KKCN (Kickin' Country 103.1) and KGKL.
