Norsan has operated Regional Mexican “La Raza 106.1 (https://larazalaraza.com/charlotte/)” WOLS Waxhaw/Charlotte since January 2009, Regional Mexican “La Raza 98.3 (https://larazalaraza.com/triad/)” WIST-FM Thomasville/Greensboro since July 2010, and Spanish AC “Latina 106.9 (https://latinatumusica.com/triad/)” 790 WBLO Thomasville/106.9 W295CE Winston-Salem since January 2011.
The Norberto Sanchez led company’s WBLO/WIST-FM Operating LLC will acquire WBLO/W295CE and WIST-FM from GHB Radio Inc. and co-owned WEAM Quality Radio Corporation for $1.69 million and WOLS Operating LLC will buy WOLS from GHB of Waxhaw for $3.9 million.
