In the Salem yearly earnings report, the company noted that as of February 10 the company employed 1436 total employees of which 1147 were full time and 289 were part time. 975 employees worked in Salem’s broadcasting division, 172 in digital media, 96 in publishing and 193 in the corporate office.
Only a handful of employees have gone public with their departures including Salem Radio Network Director of Satellite Operations Jim Barto (https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7046931066158272512/), and WFIL/WNTP Chief Operator Ted Winkler.
