The station will be led by new “Mix 105.1 (https://www.audacy.com/mix1051)” WOMX Orlando afternoon host CJ Robinson in mornings from 6-9am eastern. Robinson rejoined WOMX last month after previously hosting afternoons from 2012-2020. In between, he held swing roles at Cox Media Group’s Orlando cluster. It also marks the first time “Channel Q” will have live programming in the east coast morning slot.
“Alt 96.5 (https://www.audacy.com/alt965kc)” KRBZ Kansas City’s Jordin Silver will host from 9am-3pm eastern while continuing in her midday slot at that station.
Alex ‘DJ Alex D’ Donati will host 3-6pm. Alex has been a weekend host and producer on Channel Q since its launch in 2018 and previously spent four years at “Wild 94.9” KYLD San Francisco.
Corey Crockett will host nights from 6-9pm eastern. Crockett serves on the company’s national Alternative programming team and hosted a weekend show across that format. He previously served as APD/MD/afternoon co-host at CHR “Now 105.3” WNOH Norfolk VA and morning co-host at “Movin 107.7” WMOV-FM after starting his career at “Hot 107.9” WWHT Syracuse NY.
Audacy announced a new programming lineup for CHANNEL Q, an Audacy Original Station and the award-winning audio destination for music, news and entertainment by and for the LGBTQ+ community and their allies. For the first time, CHANNEL Q will be live for East Coast mornings, bringing their unique brand of programming to an even wider audience, effective March 27.

Based in Orlando, Robinson is proud to say gay all day and every day on CHANNEL Q. Listeners can also find him hosting afternoons on MIX 105.1 (WOMX-FM) in Orlando. Robinson has starred in films such as ?A Christmas Karen? and ?Because of Charley.? He’s a big supporter of local Orlando charities such as Give Kids The World Village and Harbor House Charities of Central Florida.

Based in Los Angeles, Silver has been a radio host for 15 years in Seattle, Atlanta, and Kansas City. She’s been out since 2000 and always integrated into the scene wherever she lived. Her show on CHANNEL Q will be a mix of LGBTQ+ news, music, and whatever might make listeners laugh. In addition to CHANNEL Q, you can catch Silver on ALT 96.5 in Kansas City and spinning in clubs and at festivals across the US.

Based in San Diego, Donati, or DJ Alex D., was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she began her radio and DJ career at 18. After four years on KYLD WiLD 94.9, Donati moved to Los Angeles where she has become a huge influence in the LGBTQ+ community. Donati has been a weekend on air host and producer for CHANNEL Q since the network launched in 2018. Donati has DJ’d pre-parties for artists like Justin Bieber, Kanye West, Jay Z, Justin Timberlake, and Katy Perry, as well as having DJ?d Pride Festivals in New York, Los Angeles, Long Beach, San Francisco, Oakland, Palm Springs, and Phoenix. Most recently, she was featured on the Rising Star Stage at the ?Life is Beautiful Festival? in Las Vegas. Donati is also heavily involved in charity work; she is one of the main event organizers for Colin Kaepernick’s Know Your Rights camp, and donates her time to coach youth basketball at local recreation centers.

Based in New York, Crockett is proud to be a part of New York?s LGBTQ+ community, and is excited to bring that energy to CHANNEL Q each and every evening ? from the West Village to the West Coast. His daily show will be a place for conversations and culture for the entire queer community and its allies, and promises not to take itself too seriously. Crockett joined Audacy in 2019, where he worked on the air in New York and on Audacy alternative stations nationwide. Previous radio stops include Norfolk, VA and Syracuse, NY; he also currently works on Audacy?s Central Programming team.
