The former Classic Hits WOWY had been running a redirect loop since the format moved to 103.1 (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/netgnomes/246615/domain-insight-12-28-massive-shakeup-coming-to-state-college/) following Seven Mountains Media’s purchase of Forever Media’s stations in early January that led to Covenant, led by Seven Mountains Chairman Jim Loftus, acquiring to former Seven Mountains licenses to divest.
WGRC has been heard in State College on 102.3 W272EN.
