KJCS currently operates as Country “103 The Bull (https://www.brandedbroadcast.com/103-the-bull.html)” under an LMA to Brett Vance’s Branded Broadcast Inc. since 2011. That LMA will be terminated upon closing of the sale. The deal does not include the current station IP, staff, or studios as those will be retained by Branded Broadcast Inc. The station is currently one of three Country stations in the Lufkin/Nacogdoches market.
The Bill Hicks and Ben Downs owned Bryan Broadcasting (https://bryanbroadcasting.com) owns nine stations and six translators centered around the Bryan/College Station market and nearby areas.
