The issue has affected the delivery of multiple programs and services including both CBS News and ABC News. Skyview has told stations not to reboot their XDS receivers as affiliates have lost their configurations in doing so. CBS News on Monday told affiliates that Skyview was having a technical issue that resulted in limitations in distributing live CBS News content including newscasts and the World News Roundup. They are delivering some news on an alternate channel without tones or cues. Other Skyview systems have also been impacted.
