John Fredericks’ Disruptor Radio LLC purchases 1690 WMLB Avondale Estates/Atlanta GA from Delmarva Educational Association for $305,000 minus any payments besides tower rent made since they began operating the station via Time Brokerage Agreement in March 2021 (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/205653/wmlb-flips-to-conservative-talk-under-lma/).
