It marks a return of Bomb to the station who previously hosted mornings during its CHR “i93” incarnation from 2010 to 2012. Bomb, who continues to be based in Atlanta, currently tracks for multiple Cumulus Media stations including middays on CHR “Y102 (https://www.y102montgomery.com)” WHHY Montgomery AL, afternoons on CHR “Hot 101 (https://www.hot101.com)” WHOT-FM Youngstown OH, and nights on Hot AC’s 96.3 WDVD (https://www.963wdvd.com) Detroit and “98.9 Kiss-FM (https://www.kyis.com)” KYIS Oklahoma City. He has been with Cumulus in multiple roles since 2006 including hosting nights and afternoons at CHR “Q100” WWWQ Atlanta and hosting national evening shows for Westwood One first with Paris Hilton and then solo. He has also hosted nights at CHR “B94” WBZZ Pittsburgh and nights and mornings at “Y100” WHYI Miami.
He takes the morning slot that had been held by Mason until the end of 2022 (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/247013/mason-exits-mornings-at-hot-93-3-dallas/).
