W279EJ is operating from the same tower as what is now part of the Classic Hits “Kix 102 (https://www.kix102fm.com)” trimulcast under new WKXU call letters with 250w/180m (https://fccdata.org/?lang=en&appid=25076ff38531e2c5018540112b11027f&fa cid=152725). It becomes part of the network of “Pulse-FM” signals along with 96.9 WWPL Goldsboro (now WPLW-FM) and the recently added 104.7 W284CP Raleigh and 104.7 W284CD Youngsville fed via 94.7 WQDR-HD2 Raleigh.
