My Broadcasting will acquire CHR “Kiss 102.7 (https://www.kiss1027.fm)” WLYK Cape Vincent NY from Border International Broadcasting, Inc. for $325,000. Rogers Sports & Entertainment owns a 20% stake in the seller and currently operates the station as part of its Kingston ON cluster with “Country 93.5 (https://www.country935.ca)” CKXC-FM and Rock “K-Rock 105.7 (https://www.krock1057.ca)” CIKR-FM.
The majority of My Broadcasting’s stations feature an AC or Classic Hits format branded as “My-FM (http://www.myfmradio.ca)“. Kozacko Media Service’s George Kimble served as broker of the deal, which has not yet been filed with the FCC.
