In his new role, he adds operational oversight of Alternative “Alt 94.7 (https://www.audacy.com/alt947)” KKDO, Rhythmic CHR 102.5 KSFM (https://www.audacy.com/ksfm), CHR “106.5 The End (https://www.audacy.com/endonline)” KUDL, and Sports “ESPN 1320 (https://www.audacy.com/espn1320)” KIFM.
Prior to joining the cluster, Roberts most recently served as National Sales Manager for RCS. He has previously served as VP of Programming Communications & Special Projects for Cumulus Media & Westwood One from 2014 to 2019 and has programmed WRQQ Nashville, WIOT Toledo, WROV Roanoke and served as Operations Manager for WLUM Milwaukee and Citadel Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
He fills the OM position that had been held by Joe Calgaro until his exit in Audacy’s August layoffs (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/238057/round-of-audacy-layoffs-imminent/). Audacy elevates Aaron Roberts to Operations Manager of its Sacramento market, which includes 98 Rock (KRXQ-FM), 96.9 The Eagle (KSEG-FM), ALT 94-7 (KKDO-FM), 102.5 KSFM (KSFM-FM), 106.5 The End (KUDL-FM), ESPN 1320 (KIFM-AM) and CHANNEL Q (KKDO-HD2). In this role, Roberts will oversee content strategy, talent, operations and branding for the stations. He will continue in his role as Brand Manager of 98 Rock and 96.9 The Eagle, which he assumed in August 2022.
