Dietz previously served as Program Director of the stations from 2009 to 2020 and General Manager from 2018 to 2020. He most recently served as an account executive for NRG Media in Waterloo IA.
Robert Young transfers “My Country 99.5 (https://mycountry995.com)” KHDL Americus/Emporia KS to My Town Media. Terms of the deal were not included in the filing. Young is one of the principles in Murfin Inc, which owns the majority of My Town Media.
Wesley Simkins’ ProMedia Partners transfers Oldies 1260 KLYC McMinnville OR to Richard Mason for no consideration.
Down East Communications and Center for the Performing Arts sells their CP for 88.1 Vanceboro NC to Pathway Christian Academy for $215,000. The buyer operates the Christian AC “Go Mix Radio (http://www.gomixradio.org)” network and nine stations in eastern North Carolina.
