The buyer will add the Baltimore market rimshot to its holdings that include Christian AC “95.1 Bright-FM (https://www.brightfm.com)” WRBS-FM Baltimore and Christian Preaching 1230 WRBS (https://wrbsam.com)/94.3 W232CL Baltimore.
Kingston, the longtime programmer of stations including WHTZ and WXRK New York, had owned WRNR-FM since 1997. The deal will leave Your Public Radio’s 89.7 WTMD (https://www.wtmd.org) Towson as the only AAA in the Baltimore market.
