Taylor joins Red 94.5 after just under eight years at Alpha Media CHR 106.3 KFRX (https://www.kfrxfm.com) where he was hosting afternoons. Mornings at K233AN had been jockless since the station dropped the KCLD St. Cloud MN based “Playhouse with Kat & JJ” earlier this year. Taylor also serves as in-arena host and announcer for the College World Series and multiple University of Nebraska sports including men’s basketball and gymnastics.
‘Bic’ will continue to host middays, while night host DJ Swift will move to afternoons replacing former PD Tiago Rey. He will also become the station’s “House DJ” mixing at 5pm weekdays and Friday nights. Rey departed earlier this month to join Univision Radio as the company’s Radio Imaging Specialist.
