To say it has been the run of a lifetime would be a monumental understatement. I am grateful to all my employees past and present, some of the most remarkable and talented people that I have ever come across. They say that you can judge a leader by the level of leaders they produce*if that is the case I would humbly say that I did pretty well.”
Willoughby spent 35 years in the Richmond market rising to General Manager of the then Cox Radio cluster in 2006 and remaining through the transfer to SummitMedia in 2013.
