While the rebranding has taken effect on-air, the station has yet to revise its logo on its digital platforms. Nor have their been any additional changes to the station, which continues to feature Lexi & Banks in mornings and Matt Ramone in middays. The station has been without a Program Director or afternoon host since Travis Moon departed for Cox Media Houston (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/222236/travis-moon-joins-cox-houston-as-director-of-operations/) in April.
The now former “K-Bull” moniker dates back to the brand’s launch in 1995. KUBL was one of a handful of Cumulus Media Country stations to not take on the “Nash-FM” moniker as that was rolled-out in the mid 2010’s.
KUBL currently ranks fifteenth in the Salt Lake City market (https://radioinsight.com/ratings/salt-lake-city/) with a 2.9 share as one of three Country outlets in the market. KSOP Inc.’s “Z104 (https://www.z104country.com)” KSOP-FM is sixth with a 5.2 share, while Broadway Media’s “101.5 The Eagle (https://1015theeagle.com)” KEGA is 21st with a 1.7 share.
