Smallmon told listeners (https://www.101espn.com/episode/an-announcement-from-karraker-smallmon/) that she will start out this tenure at ESPN hosting overnight Sports Center updates on ESPN Radio, but will continue to contribute to WXOS in a role to be announced. Her current stint at WXOS began in 2018 as morning co-host with Bernie Miklasz before shifting to a digital editor and fill-in host. She would return to mornings with Randy Karraker in May 2020 (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/186751/hubbard-makes-cuts-across-the-country-major-revamps-at-sports-stations-in-minneapolis-st-louis/). She previously had an earlier stint at WXOS as a producer before moving to ESPN Radio in 2015 where she served as a producer.
