Greene has been teamed with ‘Jumpin’ Jeff Walker in afternoons since 2007 after beginning her career as morning show producer at 106.1 WBLI Patchogue NY. In a Facebook post announcing her departure, Greene stated it was her personal decision “to end this chapter of my career at 98.5 KRZ” as she joined the station when she was 21 “and later built a family around my career. The next phase for me will include building a career around my family.”
Walker, who has hosted afternoons since the station launched in 1980, will continue in afternoons.
