With an LMA of both stations taking effect on Monday, August 1, CFEA will pay Ricardo Arroyo $400,000 for WGMW and swap 103.7 W279CT Clermont (with application to move to Kissimmee as part of a multiple signal shift) for WGMA. The deal give CFEA its second full-powered signal in the Ocala/The Villages region joining 88.7 WMYZ The Villages, which better covers the large retiree market moreso than Ocala, with WGMA does the opposite. WGMW will mark the organization’s entrance into Gainesville. CFEA will pay $5000 per month during the LMA term for WGMA and $3500 for WGMW.
