With the addition of The Woody Show, WROX-FM Program Director Nick Chappell has moved from mornings to afternoons. That fills the hole created by the exit of Crizti Walsh last month to serve as host/producer of Morning Edition on Public News/Talk 89.5 WHRV-FM (https://whro.org).
The Woody Show previously aired in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach market on iHeartMedia’s now defunct “Alt 105.3” WNOH from November 2018 (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/171930/alt-105-3-norfolk-adds-the-woody-show/) until the station changed formats in June 2020.
