Iorio, who sold 1320 WJAS/99.1 W256DE Pittsburgh in 2020 (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/201578/station-sales-week-of-11-20-wjas-heads-to-a-nursing-home-operator/), and previously owned stations across Western Pennsylvania and Louisville KY, will now add Full Service Classic Hits 680 WISR (https://www.wisr680.com)/107.5 W298CW, Country 1050 WBUT (https://www.wbut.com)/97.3 W247DF, and “The Rock Station (https://www.977rocks.com)” 97.7 WLER-FM Butler. The stations serve the northern suburbs of Pittsburgh.
Abel De Luna’s Luna Foods is purchasing Regional Mexican “El Patron (http://www.elpatronradio.com)” 1460 KRRS/94.7 K234DD Santa Rosa and 105.7 K289AS Cotati and “La Z (http://www.lazkznb.com)” 1490 KZNB Petaluma CA from Ambrosio Vigil’s California Broadcasting Company for $175,000 and 500 minutes worth of advertising for the concerts promoted by the seller. An LMA will take effect on August 1. As part of the deal, KRRS will enter into a $1500 per month tower lease with right of first refusal to purchase the land, while the contract notes that KZNB’s tower land is for sale and Luna agrees to assume the risk of the continuance and availability of the site. Luna Foods also owns 107.5 K298AZ Santa Rosa, which rebroadcasts KZNB.
