From Radio Insight:

The five stations owned by Moises Abraham Gonzalez’s South Texas Radio (http://www.southtexasradio.net) ceased operations on Wednesday, June 29.
The company operated Hot AC “Power 92.7” KINL and “Tejano y Mas 1270” KEPS in Eagle Pass and Hot AC “Hits 93.9” KBNU, “Tejano y Mas 102.3” KUVA, and “Coyote Country 104.9” KVOU-FM in Uvalde.
In filings for each station noting their cessation of operations, the company claimed that all five stations lost their tower site leases and needed to find new sites before resuming operations. The Eagle Pass Business Journal stated (https://www.epbusinessjournal.com/2022/07/eagle-pass-keps-kinl-radio-stations-shut-down-operations-on-june-30-2022/) that it was due to current economic conditions on the United States-Mexico border and that all employees were terminated.
Gonzalez, then operating as Roca Radio, purchased all five stations (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/105280/station-sales-34-emf-acquires-wrok-macon-swaps-with-afa/) in March 2016 for $800,000.
