Patterson joined then “Q100.3” in 2012 eventually rising to evening host and then joining Opie Joe in mornings in September 2017 under the on-air name ‘Carina With a Twist of Lime’. The duo moved to afternoons when the station rebranded (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/180626/q100-knoxville-under-construction/) as “100.3 The Wolf” in September 2019. She also has tracked middays at sister AC “Mix 106.9 (https://www.mix1069.fm)” WVEZ Louisville since March 2021 and added Promotions Director duties for the SummitMedia Knoxville cluster in January.
