After launching on 99.3 in 1994, KJWL moved to 105.5 in January 2017 when the company launched (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/110041/99-3-now-fm-fresno-launches-as-jewel-fm-moves/) CHR “99.3 Now-FM (https://www.993now.fm)” KWDO. During its history, the brand has been utilized with Adult Standards, AAA, Soft AC, and since September 2018 (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/170554/kjwl-fresno-segues-to-classic-hits/) with Classic Hits. While both signals are Class B1’s, 99.3’s transmitter is located in downtown Fresno, while 105.5 is about 16 miles west of downtown.
The company has not yet indicated its plans for 105.5.
