Brown joined the station in February 2015 after spending five years at Mel Wheeler Inc. in his native Roanoke VA in positions including Imaging Director and night host at both CHR “K92 (https://www.k92radio.com)” WXLK and Country “94.9 Star Country (https://www.949starcountry.com)” WSLC-FM. He also serves as a Podcast Captain within Beasley Media.
Co-hosts Steve Maney and LauRen Merola and producer Nicole Weaver will remain in place with them noting that no discussions have begun as to whether or how to replace Brown on the show.
