Retaining its “Hawk” branding, the station is now positioning as “Danbury’s Classic Hits”. The station registered a 0.6 share in the Fall 2021 Nielsen Audio ratings. When it launched, Berkshire Hot AC “98Q (https://98q.com)” WDAQ led the Danbury market, but it has since fallen behind Townsquare Media’s Classic Rock “I95 (https://i95rock.com)” WRKI which led the market with a 9.2 share. Connoisseur Media’s 99.1 WPLR New Haven added an additional 2.3 share to the format.
