Ethree Group Inc. application for 90.3 Key Colony Beach FL is selected over Vida Ministry Inc.’s 90.3 Duck Key FL for being eligible for a fair distribution preference.
Elijah Radio’s application for 90.9 Danville GA is selected over Keep It Moving Ministries’s 90.9 Eastman GA as it states it would provide a second NCE service to 10,364 people, while Keep It Moving Ministries provided only a map with no numbers to support its claim.
Torstrick Ministries, Inc. application for 88.1 Harlan KY is selected over Appalachian Educational Communication Corporation’s 88.1 Pineville KY as it would provide a first or second service to 11,702 rather the latter’s 6,043.
Christwood’s application for 89.5 Covington LA is chosen over New Horizon Christian Fellowship’s 89.5 Abita Springs as it is the only one claiming it would provide new first NCE service.
