LEGEND COMMUNICATIONS OF WYOMING/BIG HORN RADIO NETWORK News Dir./host DAVID KOCH was arrested FRIDAY (6/21) and charged with voting as a felon in WYOMING, reports the CASPER STAR-TRIBUNE.
KOCH was convicted of burglary and theft in ALASKA in 1993, and allegedly swore in 2009 in WYOMING that he had not been convicted of a felony. After election officials received a tip that KOCH had voted, someone called into KOCH's "SPEAK YOUR PIECE" show on Talk KODI-A/CODY, WY on JANUARY 28th and asked if he had voted in the last election, upon which KOCH said he is a registered Republican and had voted in the 2012 election, whereupon the caller called KOCH a felon. KOCH then admitted his past on the JANUARY 30th show.

KOCH was released on $7.500 bail with a court date set for JULY 3rd; he faces five years in jail and a $10,000 fine for each of four counts.
