Kon previously co-hosted mornings with Danie B at Cox CHR “Power 95.3” WPYO Orlando from July 2020 until the station’s sale and flip in March 2022. I had put my whole life into this career, burned me out. When this opportunity approached me, I really took the time prepare mentally, cause I?m gonna give this my all. Lately, been really questioning my purpose behind all that I?m doing, and still trying to figure it out. But I do know, I wanna connect to my community beyond nightlife and find ways to inspire the youth. Nerve racking knowing the journey I went through in radio. I knew what I could do as a creative back then, but I?m curious to see what I can do now as a healed man. Thank you @djwillcalder for this opportunity and for everyone that has been in my corner, you know who you are and I love you! Let?s have some fun. Cheers!” Kon fills the afternoon slot that had been vacant since Clint ‘CJ’ Robinson moved to mornings in July. View this post on Instagram A post shared by K E V I N K O N (@itskevinkon) more
